Objective and focus
The Fund will invest across the main European RE markets mostly in office and mixed use buildings, residually in living, hotel, retail and other assets.
- Pan-European strategy: main cities in France and Germany (Tier I), Iberia and Italy (Tier II) and, residually, in other European countries (Tier III)
- Target capital raising: up to € 500 m with first close at € 200 m
- Target LTC: max 50%
- Target Cash on Cash Levered Yield: ~ 5% stabilized post repositioning and relocation of properties
- Target Net IRR: ~ 8 -10%
